Black Women Journey (BWJ) is an online platform operating as a blog, magazine and aggregate website. The aim of BWJ is to serve as an online mentor for early-career, mid-career and career hopeful women of color through articles, book reviews, spotlights and aggregated resources. The articles will serve to provide information on topics relevant to the professional women in an informal yet authoritative tone often in blog, editorial and traditional article formats. These articles will be written by BWJ staff and guest writers. The book reviews will be written by BWJ editorial staff highlighting four topics: Professionalism, Politics/Current Events, Personal Growth, and Wild Card. Interviews will be conducted by BWJ to provide inspiration to women by sharing insights from thought leaders, high-level professionals and rising stars from diverse backgrounds.
